Dr. Alexandra Couch OD

Dr. Alexandra Couch was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, MI, where she graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School. She went on to attend Central Michigan University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science as a part of the honors program. She continued her education at Ferris State University, where she graduated with a Doctorate of Optometry with highest distinction from the Michigan College of Optometry. She continued her optometric education with Alma/Pleasant Optics, Aleda Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw, MI, and the Eye Institute of West Florida in Clearwater, Florida. Dr. Couch has specific interests in the management of ocular disease including dry eye, macular degeneration, and more. She also enjoys pediatrics and fitting contact lenses. Dr. Couch is a current member of the Michigan Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. When not at work, Dr. Couch enjoys reading books, hiking, boating, and trips to Walt Disney World with her family and friends.
