NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE CONTEST. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of Michigan, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

Eligibility: The giveaway is open only to residents of Michigan. Employees of The Optics Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must submit the designated online form with valid name, email, and location preference (Alma or State Street Optics). Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Entry Period: The giveaway begins on [insert start date] and ends at 11:59 PM ET on [insert deadline date]. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.

Winner Selection & Notification: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Details:

  • One (1) comprehensive eye exam and
  • One (1) lens upgrade package including anti-reflective coating, polarization, transitions, and premium lens material.

Prize must be redeemed in person at either Alma or State Street Optics. No cash value or substitutions. Prize is non-transferable.

 By entering, participants agree to:

  • Release and hold harmless The Optics Group, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation or acceptance of the prize.
  • Allow The Optics Group to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited by law).
  • Receive marketing communications from The Optics Group. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.
